Employment Support Services (Lot A HAC5314 and Lot B HAC5315)

Tender description

The Council is seeking an innovative, creative, flexible and committed provider prepared to work in close and effective partnership with adults with learning disability and their family/carers and with a wide range of local partners, including the Council, to provide employment support to 110 adults with learning disability each year so that 55 people start a job and 55 people participate in employment skills development relevant to their job plans. Divided in lots For a period of: HAC5314 - three years with option to extend for two one year periods (3+1+1) value range for Lot A is £1million - £1.21 million over 5 years and HAC5315 - two years with an option to extend for one year (2+1) value range for Lot B is £260,000 to £290,000 over 3 years.
