Tender description

The Collection and Secure Boarding of Banned Breeds, Dangerous and Seized Dogs. West Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Police and Humberside Police require a 24/7, 365(6) days a year urgent collection (from within their relevant Force area) and secure kennelling service for banned breeds, dangerous and seized dogs. This tender is split into 3 Lots: Lot 1: Humberside Police; Lot 2: South Yorkshire Police, Lot 3: West Yorkshire Police. Suppliers may bid for one or more Lots that they believe they are able to service. Lot 1: Humberside Police require the safe, effective and immediate collection of banned breeds, dangerous and seized dogs from within their Force on a 24/7, 365(6) days a year basis. The dogs will then be required to be securely kennelled for a period of time upon the Force's instruction. Full details of this requirement can be found at www.bluelight.gov.uk. The estimated value is the maximum potential 4 year spend for this service provision, however, this figure is not a guarantee of future business due to the fluctuation in requirements.
