Tender description

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) is seeking to gauge the number of potential service providers to either supply, or design and develop a software system to enable the publication of MSP expenses data through the Scottish Parliament's website, allowing the data to be filtered and interrogated by the public. The Scottish Parliament currently has a system in place to publish MSP Expenses on the Parliament's website. http://mspallowances.scottish.parliament.uk/ The current system uploads information from an Excel spreadsheet exported from our Travel and Expenses system and then allows this data to be cross-examined online by the public against a number of various criteria. The SPCB would like to establish if there are any suppliers with a system that can carry out this functionality, or who would be interested to design, develop and implement such a system for the Parliament. The supplier would also be required to host and maintain this system for the duration of the contract.
