It may also involve engagement with STP and LDR stakeholders. What Specialists Work On Current state analysis of the EPR Clinical & Digital Environments and Trust's digital maturity. Assessment of JPUH technical environment regarding EPR and technology marketplace Strategic Outline Business Case addressing: Strategic Case - links with national, regional and local strategic plans Economic Case - how would EPR support clinical improvements, risk reduction, reduced cost profile and increase income Financial Case - impact of EPR procurement (over 7 year period) Commercial Case - potential methods of procurement Management Case - investigate size and complexity of programme and how it could be managed and successfully implemented Impact assessment on current Medical Records operation Where the Work Takes Place James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Lowestoft Road Gorleston Great Yarmouth Norfolk NR31 6LA Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements It is anticipated that a mix of onsite 'face to face' working and remote analysis will be required.
