This procurement exercise is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Breast implants, Tissue expanders and sizers for our GPO members only. It will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 12 months at HealthTrust Europe's sole discretion. This Lot is for the supply of silicone and saline implants, tissue expanders and sizers, to be awarded to maximum of 4 suppliers. This will include the supply of goods, training and support, product related literature, consignment stock and contract management. GPO. Each month, representatives from our members participate in advisory board meetings and govern all contract decisions. The Clinical advisory board, representative of doctors, nurses, technicians, pharmacists and other clinical end-users, drive the development of clinical specifications and determine ‘like’ products which are clinically acceptable. The Procurement partnership board, representative of procurement and supply chain experts works with HealthTrust Europe to set the commercial requirements and provides commitment. Necessary to negotiate the lowest costs. The courage, commitment and partnership approach that our members have demonstrated has led to significant developments in a short period of time, enabling independent healthcare providers to work together and deliver greater results for the good of the group. Rather than on an individual basis. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation,as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
