Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a Young People’s Health Agency Service as part of its strategic commitment to promote, maintain and improve the health and well-being of young people and children in Wandsworth. Wandsworth Council and Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group are committed to ensuring the best possible services are provided for children and young people experiencing issues with Drugs and Alcohol and Emotional Wellbeing. The aim of the Young People’s Health Agency service will be to promote, maintain and improve the health and well-being of young people in Wandsworth by offering access to advice and structured interventions on substance misuse, smoking, alcohol and emotional health. The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1.4.2018 and subject to an extension of a period of up to two years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The maximum value of the contract is 1 212 480 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with a maximum annual value of 242 496 GBP.
