Tender description

As part of the Sir Henry Royce Institute (SHRI) for Materials the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield wishes to open tender for a thin film deposition system. The primary function of the system will be to allow the exploration of new materials as either homogeneous single layer films or multilayer stacks. Film thicknesses should be controllable to monolayer levels, such that the system can be used to fabricate ultra-thin films.
