2.1. You are invited to quote for the development of the draft PHECC Strategic Plan for the period 2018 – 2021. Provision should be made for a review of the current Strategic Plan 2015 -2018, consultation with Council members, all relevant stakeholders, facilitation of strategic planning workshops and drafting of the Strategic Plan. The quote must cover all support and other activities associated with the delivery of a finished product.
