Tender description
Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority has awarded a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System. This will allow public sector customers to compare and switch energy tariffs and suppliers. Initially, the service will offer switching of gas and/or electricity products. This could be extended to other utilities in the future.
