Tender description

This contract is to procure licenses (and associated support) for a comprehensive Customer Experience Platform. The full scope of the tender is more fully described within the Scope Document which can be found in the RFI event in Scanmarket. This contract is to procure licenses (and associated support) for a comprehensive Customer Experience Platform. This is an integrated collection of tools, technologies and capabilities for the purpose of delivering a wide variety of services and business process across channels (web, mobile, telephony, mail, face-to-face etc) to create a personalised relationship with customers. Anglian Water proposes to award contract for up to 10 years. The initial contract will be signed for 6 year term, with 2 x 2-year extension options. Total Contract term is 10 years.
