Soft Market Testing for Environmental Enforcement Services

Peterborough City Council are seeking provider expressions of interests for engagement in soft market testing for the following services. Please note this is not a call for competition nor does it signify the start of a procurement exercise but allows Peterborough City Council to further understand the supply market and engage with providers. 1. Environmental Enforcement - City wide coverage dealing with minor Environmental offences such as littering, dog fouling, spitting and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) 2. Environmental Enforcement - for neighbouring authority (district wide) as above Anticipated Budget: Circa. £400k per annum for expenditure (excluding income). Engagement is sort in confidence from relevant suppliers active within the supply market areas above. This exercise may involve neighbouring authorities who have a shared interest.
