Tender description

Ceredigion County Council invites applications from suitable organisations who wish to provide Domiciliary care services within the County. The Council intends to operate a Dynamic purchasing system populated with the successful applicants, and use this for further competition exercises based on service provision requirements,and price. Service Providers are invited to complete a PQQ to ascertain their eligibility to provide Domiciliary care services within the county of Ceredigion. Further details including a PQQ and contract information can be found within the attachments area of the etender. The mechanism being used for this tender is a Dynamic purchasing system, from herein referred to as a DPS. The DPS shall be operated as a completely electronic process, and shall be open throughout the period of validity of the purchasing system to any economic operator that satisfies the selection criteria. All communications in the context of this DPS shall only be made by electronic means using the messaging system in this etender.
