Shared History & Culture Programme - Facilitator to provide a programme of community engagement relating to Ballykinler Camp and How the Past Links to the Future under PEACE IV Local Action Plan Experienced and competent facilitators are hereby invited to tender for the delivery of a programme of community engagement relating to Ballykinler Camp and How the Past Links to the Future under the PEACE IV Local Action Plan in the Newry, Mourne and Down DC area. The contract period is expected to commence in May 2018 with completion by August 2019. The project is supported by the European Union PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programme Body.
