Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC) have a requirement for Multi functional Devices, Print Management Software and Associated Services across a number of sites in Norfolk. The Trust would like to invite interested parties to an “Open Event” to be held in Norwich late April or early May 2018. At Norfolk Community Health and Care, we serve a population of nearly 900 000 people in Norfolk with Community Health and Care services, as well as providing a specialist early supported discharge service to stroke patients in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our aim is to constantly improve our patients’ lives by providing you with the best care, close to where you live. The Trust would like to invite interested parties to an “Open Event” to be held in Norwich late April or early May 2018. The Trust is current considering a route to market for a service contract, and the aim of this PIN and the Open Event is to help understand current and prospective service offerings. The contact will include (but is not limited to) Network Enabled Colour and Mono MFD devices (including device maintenance, support and consumables) and Secure Document Output Management software (Follow You Print etc).
