Northern, Eastern and Western Devon CCG - Procurement of Investor and Provider for Alcohol Outcomes Based Commissioning Demonstrator (Social Impact Bond)

Tender description

NHS NEW Devon CCG is looking for expressions of interest from potential investors and providers. It is the CCGs intention to use a competitive dialogue procedure. The CCG intends to invite investors and providers to bid either separately or together and to develop an intervention aimed at meeting specific outcomes linked to secondary care cost reduction and individual outcomes. Detail will be agreed during the competitive dialogue process depending on the intervention(s) proposed. Lot 1: Investor Lot 2: Provider As a minimum, outcome measures may include: 1) Reduced A&E attendances for the defined cohort of patients for the period of the project measured annually 2) Reduced emergency admissions for the defined cohort of patients for the period of the project measured annually 3) Improvement in the quality of life measure for individuals as measured at the start and end of the defined intervention Market Engagement Event: As part of this exercise, there will be a market engagement and design workshop event on 25th April 2018. This will be held in Devon. Bidders are not required to attend, but should you wish to attend please contact Suzie.kay@nhs.net to register your interest and receive further information. The closing date for requests to attend the event is 12:00 midday on 23rd April 2018. This will be an opportunity for any potential investors and providers to inform the future direction of this project in Devon. Materials and outcomes of the event will be available to all who request them regardless of attendance at the event or not. This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Clinical Commissioning Group or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest.
