Tender description

Demolition and removal of eight number dwelling houses and their surrounding sheds, boundary walls, fences etc. Six of the dwellings are semi-detached and the remaining two are standalone structures. The role of the PSCS shall be carried out by an independent Health and Safety Consultant. Tenderers should note that other works will be undertaken at the same time as the Demolition Contract. These included archaeological investigation, advanced fencing, electricity service diversions, ground investigation and topographical survey.
