Tender description

Assignment under the Market Research MR130001 Agreement Contract. The aim of this research is to develop a baseline and monitor the effectiveness of the MTDfB communications activity in conveying its key messages to businesses, raising awareness, increasing understanding and encouraging transition to MTDfB, with the goal of increasing timely take-up of MTDfB. We will track and monitor awareness of MTDfB amongst both VAT business customers and non-VAT ITSA business customers over the period of 12 months by conducting three waves of a telephone survey.
