Tender description

The London Borough of Brent ("the Council") intends to appoint two Enforcement Agency firms to provide various services related to the pursuit and collection of County Court Registered Debts for which a Warrant of Control has been approved. These will have arisen from Penalty Charge Notices issued for civil parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions. The services to be provided by the Agencies are:- a. Pursuit and receipt of payment through enforcement of Warrants of Control b. Respond to enquiries and complaints received by letter, telephone, fax, e-mail and personal contact c. Provide Council officers with real-time access to the Agency’s computer system to view individual warrant, debtor and progress details d. Provide performance reports on warrants, debtors, complaints, incidents and returned warrants. The proposed contract terms is for 33 months to run from 1st July 2018 to 31st March 2021. The Council therefore seeks EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST from suitably experienced traffic enforcement organisations to provide the services.
