Tender description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for; General Insurance Portfolio and Associated Liability Claims Handling Service (CDO/2018/88*). This is the whole insurance portfolio of Stoke-on-Trent City Council and its wholly owned subsidiary Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Limited, established March 2017 to deliver repairs and maintenance services for the council's housing stock and public buildings. The requirement has been divided into 9 lots. Lot 1: Property and Pecuniary Insurances. Lot 2: Property Owners. Lot 3: Terrorism. Lot 4: Casualty Section. Lot 5: Fidelity Guarantee / Crime. Lot 6: Motor Fleet. Lot 7: Personal Accident and Business Travel. Lot 8: Fine Arts / Museums. Lot 9: Engineering Insurance / Inspection Contract. Lot 1 — Property and Pecuniary Insurances (including Contract Works, Business Interruption, Money, All Risks and Computers). Lot 2 — Property Owners - Commercial and Leased Properties. Lot 3 — Terrorism. Lot 4 — Casualty Section. This lot incorporates the following classes of business: Employers Liability, Public and Products Liability, Official Indemnity, Libel and Slander and Professional Indemnity. Lot 5 — Fidelity Guarantee / Crime. Lot 6 — Motor Fleet. Lot 7 — Personal Accident and Business Travel. This section incorporates the following classes of business: Personal Accident and Assault and Business Travel. Lot 8 — Fine Arts / Museums. Lot 9 — Engineering Insurance / Inspection Contract. This section incorporates the following classes of business: Engineering Insurance and Engineering Inspection.
