Tender description

This tender sets out the requirements to deliver Homelessness Prevention, Housing and Support into Adulthood for 16/17-year olds and Care Leavers in Devon. This includes floating support hours for young people to prevent them from becoming homeless or needing to move into supported accommodation. Lot 1a Accommodation-based support, including move-on Northern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of North Devon District Council and Torridge District Council. The budget for this Lot is 172 936,30 GBP per year. Based on the current rates approximately 235 support hours per week will be available. Lot 1b Accommodation-based support, including move-on – Eastern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of Exeter City Council, East Devon District Council and Mid Devon District Council. The budget for this Lot is 313 847,35 GBP per year. Based on the current rates approximately 427 support hours per week will be available. Lot 1c Accommodation-based support, including move-on — Southern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of West Devon Borough Council, Teignbridge District Council and South Hams District Council. The budget for this Lot is 153 721,15 GBP per year. Based on the current rates approximately 209 support hours per week will be available. Floating support for mediation and prevention (countywide). This Lot is for the whole of the DCC administrative boundary. The budget for this Lot is 71 167,20 GBP per year. Based on the current rates approximately 97 support hours per week will be available.
