Tender description

St Helens Council is looking to sell a number of items of Ground Maintenance equipment. Therefore we are looking for bids in relation to the items provided in the spreadsheet. Please note that all items are split up into lots, each lot is on a separate sheet. We are only accepting bids for whole lots and not for individual machines. Please use the bid price page on the spreadsheet provided to give your bid for the lots. Each Supplier, in consideration of it being permitted to remain in the secondary competition process, irrevocably releases St Helens Council from liability for any claim made on the basis of contractual commitment, tortuous entitlement, restitution, unjust enrichment or otherwise, by or on behalf of that Supplier for reimbursement of any such Costs, in the absence of fraud on the part of St Helens Council.
