Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the construction of a Alumasc Roofing System for 1 property located in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Bidders must note that the proposed works will only be commissioned subject to the successful bid falling within Trivallis’ designated budget. Should the highest scoring bid not fall within the allotted budget, the works will not proceed, and may be revisited at a later date, however Trivallis retains the right not to commission the works in line with this tender exercise. With this in mind, bidders must be prepared to hold their tendered costs for an extended period of 6 months from the submission date. To assist bidders in their decision to make a bid, we can confirm that the outline budget for the works is £200,000 excluding VAT. Bids that exceed this value will be excluded. The lowest submitted bid will receive the full 60% weighting, with higher bids up to the budget threshold receiving a lower proportional score. The requirement for this package of work consists of the renewal of the main roof covering to include making good to disturbed surfaces and structures together with all associated work.
