CPU1901 LD Supported Living - North & South

Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council is commissioning supported living services for people with a learning disability. This procurement relates to two individual contracts for the provision of supported living services and comprises 2 separate lots as shown below: • Lot 1 – North • Lot 2 – South. The Council has set a level of affordability for both of these contracts/(lots) at a combined total of £3,435,224 per year incorporating a figure of £71 per night for a 9-hour sleep in shift (i.e. £7.89 per hour). The level of affordability for individual lots is shown below: • Lot 1 - North 1 - £2,084,888 • Lot 2 - South - £1,350,336 The anticipated start date of the contract(s) is 20th August 2018 (now TBA) for a period of 5 years (with an option to extend for up to 60 months in aggregate).
