Tender description

The design and construction of 80 nº 1, 2 and 3 storey houses (10 x 2 bed bungalows, 6 x 2 bed houses, 52 x 3 bed houses, 12 x 4 bed houses) with associated roads, parking, refuse and bicycle storage and amenity space under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. This procurement process will be conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.
