The Trusts Recruitment Officer utilise the services of recruitment agencies for long term and permanent staffing and foresee a need to continue doing so for the duration of this contract. The 4 Academies combined, have a 2016/17 spend in the region of £300,000. During the term of the contract this value may increase or decrease subject to the needs of the individual Academies.
