Tender description
The Health Board is seeking to implement a high quality leadership development programme that supports the ambition of an engaging leadership style across the organisation by enhancing the capability of leaders to deliver results through engaging with their staff at an individual and team level. This will also promote multi-disciplinary working and collaborative behaviour. The Leadership development programme will take account of evidence from the Health Board’s other engagement interventions.
