Tender description

This is the pre-qualification questionnaire for the General Contractor (hereinafter called the GC) for Fit-Out of the new British Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. The GC's work scope includes the 'CAT B' fit-out of two floors to the existing AIA Sathorn Tower in central Bangkok -Floor 11 - Comprising circa 613m2 'Fit-Out including partitions, doors, floor/wall & ceiling finishes and mechanical / electrical installations. Works also include installation of secure walls, and associated doors complete with support steelwork as required. -Floor 12A - Comprising circa 1644m2 Fit-Out including partitions, doors, floor/wall & ceiling finishes and mechanical and electrical installations. Works also include installation of secure walls, and associated doors complete with support steelwork as required. -Formation of new staircase openings between Floor 11/12 and Floor 12/12A including forming openings in the existing slab and new staircase construction complete with steel support framework.
