To register on our e-sourcing portal click on https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk and follow the link "Register for CCS eSourcing" The National Oceanography Centre (NOC) has a number of Buildings (Waterfront Campus) which requires the services of an Engineer (Competent Person) to undertake the formal examination of the installed pressure systems and associated critical components within a 4 week period. Examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the NOC written scheme of examinations, extract included in this specification, to ensure compliance with Regulation 9 of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. The examinations and report shall be undertaken in our programme year 2015. Please see attached for the full scope of works. The contract will be awarded based on the criteria set out on the sourcing documents.
