Social work services without accommodation

Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council is undertaking a procurement exercise for its regulated home care, or domiciliary care, services across the south west of Lincolnshire covering 2 areas: 1) Grantham; and 2) Bourne and Stamford. The homecare services will meet the health and social care needs for adults aged 18 and over who are ordinarily resident in Lincolnshire. Care will be provided in the home (including Extra Care facilities) covering a range of care / support services to enable individuals to maximise their independence for as long as possible and maintain their safety. It is anticipated that there will be two contracts awarded as a result of the procurement with a single, lead provider awarded in each of the 2 areas. Homecare services within Zone 9 (Grantham area). Homecare Services in Zone 12 (Stamford and Bourne areas).
