Tender description
Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with repairs to commercial properties. Commercial Properties may also become vacant through the year and Trivallis will need to ensure that these are safe for continued use and any minor repairs electrical and gas certificates issued where necessary. These will be on a quote by quote basis. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single contractor to undertake the requirement of undertaking repairs to Trivallis Commercial Properties as per surveys carried out in January 2018.
