P101 St George's Site Development Cost Advisor / QS support

Tender description

The Authority seeks a Trust Cost Advisor / QS to provide P22 Cost Advisor duties to the Authority for OBC generation stage to final construction and handover of the St George's site development project. This in support of the Authority clinical strategy for inpatient provision. Current SOC generation covers a range of options from do minimum to a four ward solution incorporating a new Trust Headquarters. Initial SOC drafts suggest a construction budget range from £17m to £23m. The duties of the role will include supporting the Authority in development of these outline options to OBC
