An exciting opportunity to deliver Public Realm enhancements to amenity space in Basildon Town Centre. The site is a key civic space that adjoins the new location of Basildon Market, which will open for business in early 2018. The Works comprise all necessary demolition and the design and construction of the proposed Public Realm Works, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like.
