Tender description

Leeds City Council (“the Council”) is looking to implement a software solution to better support how their Front Door Safeguarding hub can improve the way that they record, manage and report on the MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference) information that is managed within the Council. An essential part of the MARAC process is the effective collaboration between various partners and agencies, including domestic abuse specialists (IDVA), the Police, Children's Social Services, Health, and other relevant parties. Before commencing a formal tender process for a MARAC solution, we are keen to seek information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field - the information we receive will be used to help inform and shape our requirements specification. Your responses will assist the Council in creating a procurement process which is well-framed, focused, feasible and likely to be of interest to the market.
