Places for People are seeking to appoint service providers to a Fire Safety Systems framework for a period of 4 years. Places for People has a portfolio of Fire Safety equipment in over 600 sites across England and over 270 in Scotland consisting of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers,AOV's, Sprinklers, Dry Risers and Gas Suppression systems that are to be serviced and repaired in line with the provided specifications. There is also a planned upgrade/modernisation programme as well as new installations across the Group. The current portfolio across Scotland is located in the EH postcode area. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations / refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 271. Fire Alarms 82. Emergency Lighting 182. AOV's 157. Risers 119. Sprinklers 9. Extinguishers 62. The current portfolio across North East England is located in the NE, DH, DL and TS postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. The current portfolio across North West England is located in the BB, BL, CW, FY LA, M, OL, PR and SK postcode areas.
