Nice to Haves Experience and knowledge of backup and recovery tools, such as: Veeam, Veritas Netbackup, IBM Spectrum. A good understanding of Proactive Monitoring, USB port blocking and Application Control software. Experience of working in a secure environment. ITIL Qualified A good understanding of anti-virus and malware detection software.
