Tender description

This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Springfield Properties. The contract is expected to commence 31.3.2018 and complete in 2020. Kingdom Housing Association working in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Perth and Kinross and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The site is owned by the Developer therefore it is a requirement of the sale.
