All financial values within this notice are for the maximum contract term, and should be treated as indicative. This is a recovery-orientated community substance misuse treatment service for adults (aged 18 and above) and their family/carers/supporting others; delivered across the community, including criminal justice linked interventions, in North and Central Lancashire. LCC has a responsibility to make a difference in reducing poverty, discrimination and inequality, and improving the quality of life for local people. Delivery of this specification is intended to change behaviour, improve health and deliver positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities affected by substance misuse. Tiers 1 – 3 Substance misuse services Central and North Lancashire.
