Tender description

Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is conducting the procurement using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) (Light Touch Regime) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services). Hull City Council is seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 5 year contract for drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services, with an option to extend for a further year. The service will be broken down into 2 lots. The anticipated service commencement date is October 2018, TUPE will apply.
