Why the Work is Being Done With a varied approach of methodologies and processes used currently within the SARCs across England, Commissioners have requested a case management system to standardise approach and data gathering. Problem to Be Solved Partner required to support the programme team with the following services: Supporting the projects outcomes Supporting Governance throughout the projects Supporting the objectives of all Projects within the overall programme Supporting the project team by utilising an industry standard project management methodology i.e. PRINCE 2 across multiple projects Data Gathering to ensure all service user are engaged and their requirements documented and defined with appropriate assurance and sign off Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in depth knowledge of a Sexual Assault Referral Centre Clinical governance to be provided by a FME ensuring appropriate sign off. Who Are the Users There are approx. 40 SARCs in England. There are various healthcare providers, both private and public sector providing care and support in the SARCs. Early Market Engagement n/a Work Already Done Work as been undertaken by a SARC Subject Matter Expert to define a basleine approach for all SARC and any proposed CMS solution. Existing Team The existing operational delivery team is a blend of FTEs complemented by contract staff and specialist companies. Current Phase Live Work Location St Leonard's Hospital, Nuttal Rd, London, N1 5LZ This is the main office base but any staff engaged must be willing to travel nationwide for meetings etc at short notice if required. Working Arrangments Onsite at the office at St Leonard's Hospital is required, apart from when attendance at meetings is required elsewhere. Security Clearance All staff engaged on the programme must be security cleared to: • Warwickshire Police security clearance • Metropolitan Police security clearance Additional T&Cs standard contract Skills & Experience Have demonstrable success in the delivery of NHS networks and ICT infrastructure projects within the last 12 months, using industry standard methodologies, processes and procedures in SARCs Demonstrable experience of matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary programme team within the last 12 months. Have demonstrable experience in reporting, planning, risk, dependency, financial and change management aspects of a healthcare projects in SARCs within the last 12 months Experience of working in places for victims of crimes delivering ICT networks, infrastructure and services Experience and knowledge of design and implementing and electronic medical record (EMR) in SARCs. Demonstrate a detailed understanding of criminal justice pathways and the role and position of healthcare delivery within those pathways Experience in the last 12 months of working with various organisations and their Information Governance (IG) teams and demonstrate projects undertaken that had a substantial IG element. Nice to Haves No. of Suppliers to Evaluate 3 Proposal Criteria 1. Team structure, organisational make-up and quality of submitted CVs. Essential skills and experience Service quality - how do they ensure they are providing the right people for the job, how do they assure quality of delivery during the work package Breadth of services provision - ability to flex levels, numbers, and skillsets of resources provided, to remain aligned to NEL CSU needs as the work progresses Technical and project management approach/solutions Quality and suitability of proposed solution/approach to NEL CSU’s request Description of how incoming service will integrate with existing delivery teams Value for money of the proposed solution. Innovation (any alternative proposals to deliver the services or to improve the quality of the services delivered). Cultural Fit Criteria Collaborate well with various senior key stakeholders across multiple organisations Offer and demonstrate a flexible approach Operate with sensitivity and inclusiveness in a workplace with mixed skills and experience Provide an honest and transparent approach in all actions and decisions Work across organisational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment.
