Tender description

Kildare County Council wish to acquire the services of a suitably qualified competent consultant, experienced in site investigation and remediation works of legacy landfill sites. The successful applicant will apply the methodologies set out in the EPA Code of Practice 'Environmental Risk Assessment for Unregulated Waste Disposal Sites' to produce Risk Assessment reports, manage, organise and supervise all aspects of site investigation works and prepare a site specific Remediation Plan. The consultant will also be required to fulfill the role of PSDP for the project and demonstrate experience and competence in carrying out this task. A stage 1 screening for Appropriate Assessment should also be carried out and if necessary a Natura Impact Statement.
