Tender description

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital is looking to procure a Patient Entertainment System in the new ward block which is due to open in October 2018. It may be required to be situated in the existing building but primarily in the new ward block. The bidder will be required to provide maintenance support and any associated software upgrades as deemed necessary to maintain the Patient Entertainment System. The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust invites bidders to develop and roll-out a patient entertainment system and to support the trust to develop a robust business case for implementation trust wide. RNOH is opening a new ward build and will require input from bidder on the best possible solution for delivering the best possible patient care. The bidder will be required to provide maintenance support and any associated software upgrades as deemed necessary to maintain the Patient Entertainment System.
