Employee support from mid-life through to retirement - understanding employer practice and views

We are looking for a consultancy to undertake a short project to understand employer views and practices, in terms of supporting employees from mid-life to retirement age to plan for the future or improve their well-being. We expect the project to be mainly based on interviews (around 30) of employers and some support providers, and analysis against our key questions. The contractor will also provide an overview of strategic opportunities for increasing/improving employer provision of such support. This team is expected to consist of a consultant (or team of consultants) with strategic knowledge of this area and with the ability to identify and reach employers quickly. It is a short investigative project to inform our strategy. More details are contained within the ITT. Deadline for Submissions: 10am Tuesday 24th April
