Tender description

The HS2 Project is high profile, and as works have begun, HS2 Ltd is seeking to appoint a supplier who can provide document control resource in order to meet the increasing demands of the HS2 project and its simultaneous work streams in relation to its document retention and ensuring consistency through the introduction of a Quality Management System (QMS) approach. HS2 Ltd has an internal document control support function which is embedded across numerous work streams within the HS2 Project. Document control at HS2 Ltd is a task geared to demand, which fluctuates to support time based programme deliverables across the HS2 Project. Due to this, a need to access a pool of document control resources to support demand across multiple HS2 project work streams is required. The purpose of document control within HS2 Ltd is to support the business in retaining ISO 9001 certification (through specific deliverables as detailed within the ITT) and to ensure that all documents relating to the HS2 project are securely stored in a manner that will ensure past, current and future records are auditable, traceable, retrievable and controlled.
