Catering Disposables products are required to be delivered to all non-contracted prisons throughout England and Wales. Catering Disposables are critical items in a prison kitchen. These types of items assist with food preparation, service, storage and portion control. Failure to deliver these products in sufficient time could lead to substantial problems in a prison. Suppliers must be able to supply all products listed in the Specification. The Supplier must adhere to the Driver’s Handbook in the Specification as security is crucial in the prison estate.
