Tender description

The Council wishes to conduct market engagement with software suppliers who are able to provide a solution for Members Contact Management Tool (Case Management). The intention is to invite suppliers who can provide such software solutions to demonstrate their product(s) prior to the Council formalising its contract requirement. Dumfries and Galloway Council are looking to procure an elected member caseload management system that will allow elected Members to record and manage their interactions with constituents effectively. This will include recording query, managing query, linking queries and effective integration with social media management outlets.
