This contract provides for a competent supplier to remove and dispose (off-site) of the clinical and washroom waste within SPS establishments using the containers supplied by the supplier. This contract provides for a competent supplier to remove and dispose (off-site) of the clinical and washroom waste within SPS establishments using the containers supplied by the supplier. The Supplier shall be responsible for: 1) Ensuring the safe collection, treatment and environmentally sound disposal of SPS Clinical and Washroom Waste; 2) Supplying a sufficient quantity of the appropriate containers; 3) Ensuring that all containers (and related machinery) owned by the Supplier is fully and adequately maintained and is fit for purpose; and 4) Compliance with any and all legislative requirements.
