Summary of the work Develop process associated with European Systems and support development of outline/full business case. This will involve interviews/workshops with stakeholders and users and requirements translated into business process and contributed to OBC and FBC development. The Business Analyst will also lead development of European Systems based customer journey and persona materials. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date Monday 26 February 2018 Maximum Day Rate £550 Early Market Engagement From the analysis work completed to date it is clear that we need to focus on further development of customer journey, persona and high level business process flow models to support the development of OBC and FBC associated with the European Systems programme of work. Who Speclialist Work With The Business Analyst will work with the Programme Lead, the business and key stakeholders. What Specialists Work On Developing European Systems customer journey, persona and high level process flow models. Skills & Experience • Have experience gathering requirements • Demonstrate track record in mapping, developing and documenting (in simple diagram form) end-to-end processes • Have experience with developing customer journey and persona • Experience delivering pragmatic not gold plated requirements • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Experience of interpersonal and influencing skills • Experience of supporting business case developing Nice to Haves Experience working in a health, regulatory or scientific environment Work Location MHRAs Office in London with occasional travel. 151 Buckingham Palace Rd, London SW1W 9SZ Working Arrangments The Business Analyst will initially be required to work onsite 5 days a week for face-to-face meetings with users.
