Tender description
Proposed purchase of land and construction of 39 affordable housing units to the specific standards of the association — North Ayr lettings area. Procurement of land and buildings to the standard for social housing. Ayrshire Housing has identified the site as being the only currently feasible location in the north Ayr lettings area for the development of much needed social housing.The site is owned by a contractor who has made the sale of the site conditional on entering into a design and build contract. Accordingly, the contractor as is the only economic operator with the right to transfer the site to the association, the contract is to be awarded without prior publication of a Contract Notice.
