Framework 2 comprises the following Lots (Lots 1, 2, 3 have already been let under the auspices of Framework 1): Lot 4: multi-disciplinary building surveying led services Lot 5: Multi-disciplinary design-led services (architect-led) Lot 6: Simple project management Lot 7: Complex Project Management (Employer's Agent) Lot 8: Cost management services (Quantity Surveying) Lot 9: Facilities Management Lot 10: Planning Consultancy Lot 11: Mechanical and electrical engineering Lot 12: Structural and civil engineering Lot 13: Daylight and Sunlight Services Lot 14: Creative services Lot 15: Fire and safety services Lot 16: Photographic services Lot 17: SME friendly architectural services. Activities to be delivered under this framework include: building and measured surveys, topographical surveys; site investigations; condition surveys; flood risk assessments; other specialist surveys (as required); asset management; Insurance; planning applications, feasibility studies; specification drafting; cost estimations; on-site monitoring; principal designer (CDM regulations); RIBA outline plan of work (in preparation, design, pre-construction and use of buildings); party wall, Disability Discrimination Act related, property and title (including landlord and tenant) matters; Insolvencies; approved inspector services. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: architecture; landscape architecture; building services engineering; civils/structural engineering; structural surveys; principal designer; transport consultancy. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: project management, contract administration, project supervision/compliance, clerk of works. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: employer’s agent, project management, contract management, quantity surveying, party wall advice, clerk of works, principal designer services. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: quantity surveying; cost estimation; VfM assessments; benchmarking; principal designer; assurance and scrutiny using P.S.A/National Schedules of Rates; Indexation; cost advice in preparing quoted works, minor works or projects estimates. Activities to be delivered under this framework: hard/soft facilities management advice, regulatory compliance, H&S at work act matters, computer aided facilities management, customer services relations; routine and planned and preventative maintenance regimes, statutory testing and inspection regime; Insurance (thorough examinations) benchmarking, FM contract monitoring, KPI setting, specification drafting. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: planning consultancy-strategic planning advice, submission of planning applications, discharge of planning conditions upon planning approval. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: mechanical, electrical plant, system and building services installations, including heating and ventilation, sustainable and renewable solutions and systems maintenance, repair and operation; design input and development to refurbish, renew, replace and maintain. Designer in accordance with RIBA Plan of work or acting as appropriate in undertaking capital projects, including new build schemes, projects and development works. Activities to be delivered under this lot include: structural and civil engineering design and analysis in construction, maintenance and repairs of the physical works (structures, temporary works, building components, elements, roads, bridges, canals, dams, etc.). Services to be delivered under this lot include: daylight, sunlight and rights of light surveyor services. Services to be delivered under this lot include: creative and design services relating to the delivery, marketing and sale of new homes. Services to be delivered under this lot include: fire risk assessments, routine, planned and preventative maintenance regimes, statutory testing and inspection regimes; evacuation plans, insurance advice; training and appliance testing. Health and safety advice. Legionella advice and testing. Services to be delivered under this Lot: a photography service to support the delivery, marketing and sale of new homes. This lot is concerned with the delivery of architectural services to the Council.
