Tender description

Basildon Borough Council is refreshing its quarterly residents’ publication; moving from a newspaper style of publication to a magazine format. The Councils’ current residents’ publication; The Borough Diary is distributed to 78 000 households with the remainder made available in the Basildon Centre and libraries. Currently, 83 000 copies are printed by an external print management agency, Editorial content and design is produced in-house. Distribution is contracted to an external distribution agency.
